Joe is a native of West Virginia, but recently relocated to Kenansville after living in St. Pete Beach, Florida. He graduated in 1995 from the University of Kentucky. Joe eventually found his way to working in the area of Probate as a Paralegal (nearly 12 years of experience) for a large regional firm in Huntington, West Virginia.

After relocating to St. Pete Beach, Florida, Joe continued his work as an Estate Planning/Probate Paralegal with one of St. Petersburg’s oldest law firms. Upon his move to North Carolina he began working for the firm in their Real Estate office. He will also assist with building an Estate Planning and Probate practice with the firm.

When not working, Joe likes a cold glass of wine or beer while watching movies, football or basketball at home with his husband of nearly 17 years. Go Cats!
